La Défense is only 5 minutes from the apartment, the Arc de Triomphe 20 minutes and Porte Maillot 20 minutes (if leaving from Beauvais Tillé). The proximity to public transport will allow you to move around the city easily and quickly, without having to use taxis or rent a car.
